ROBO CONSOLIDATED FEEDBACK BACKLOG - OPTIONAL 31-TICKET BREAKDOWN Prepared for Amar YOU PROBABLY WANT THE ONE TASK INSTEAD The whole of this analysis is also written as a single Jira task, summary "Real contest feedback, additional feedback from last March 2026 survey". It is in jira-one-task.txt and on the page below. Use this file only if that task gets split into separate tickets. The content is the same; nothing here contradicts it. READ THIS FIRST This is a refinement backlog on a product people already like, not a triage list for a failing one. Overall satisfaction is high for a specific reason: traders receive trading capital whether they win or lose, so participating is never a dead loss. That generosity is why people stay and why they extend patience through execution problems. 89% of clients score 9-10 on NPS; IB support averages 9.1/10. Nobody in this document is asking to be made whole. They are asking for the rules to be legible and the state to be visible. Trajectory matters too. The Mini App launched 9 Feb 2026. In February members reported blank screens and points resetting to zero. In July the equivalent complaint was a missing GIF, restored overnight. These tickets are the next increment on that line. Description Four official surfaces published different qualification thresholds and prize pools for the same contest inside 48 hours: ROI floor 20% vs 5%, 10 trades vs 5, top 30 vs 15 winners, pool $7,000+ vs $5,050+ vs $4,120 vs $3,000. Settlement paid 16 winners at $3,000. IMPORTANT CONTEXT: the largest change was made in the traders’ favour. The ROI floor was deliberately cut from 20% to 5% so more people could reach a prize, and the admin said so in-channel. The defect is not the decision, it is that the other surfaces kept serving the old numbers afterwards, so a concession to traders read to them as instability. Fixing the sync turns a goodwill act back into goodwill. h4. Evidence {quote}Qualification requires at least 10 closed trades across at least 4 trading days, ROI of at least 20%, and a maximum drawdown no greater than 25%.{quote} -- Gold Traders bot, 2026-07-18 12:02 {quote}Nanti kita umum dalam poster hari ni and esok. Members with healthy drawdown assumed they had breached the DD rule and could not tell whether to keep trading. One reported case matches the ROI gain trigger exactly: profit 26% against a 25% gain cap. Description Raised independently by both surveys and the highest raw mention count in the client dataset at 143. Traders want a regular 50–100% deposit bonus that supports margin and floating, in line with what XM offers consistently, and they want festival-tied bonuses that are not cancelled on withdrawal. Description The top IB-specific ask. IBs cannot see client activity, deposits, withdrawals, trade detail or commission earnings in real time, and 37% report being confused about how their commissions are calculated. Without visibility they cannot prioritise which clients to work, which directly feeds their two biggest struggles: getting new clients (63%) and keeping clients active (51%). h4. Description Two linked problems. First, the flat structure does not reward growth, and higher tiered commission was the #1 answer to what would make IBs twice as active. Second, IBs perceive that some partners get better conditions than others, which poisons the community. Both need to be resolved together, because raising rates without standardising them amplifies the fairness complaint. h4. Evidence {quote}Higher and more competitive IB commission rates.
