Two datasets in one backlog. The Glasgow Challenge real-money contest as 56 community members actually experienced it in July, and the March 2026 survey of 624 clients and 43 IB partners. Every quote verified against source.
Overall satisfaction is high, and it is high for a specific reason. Traders get capital in their hands whether they win or lose, so participating is never a dead loss. That generosity is why people stay, and it is why they extend patience through execution problems instead of leaving. 89% of clients score ROBO 9–10 on NPS and IB support averages 9.1/10. The brand is not the problem. The plumbing is, and both datasets say so from different angles: the platform and the partner infrastructure have not kept pace with the goodwill.
Contest (July, Telegram): net mixed. Positive on the payout, negative on the mechanics. Roughly 50 distinct members raised a complaint or an unanswered rules question against ~28 who posted something positive, with heavy overlap. The people who won and thanked the admin filed the loudest fairness complaints, so this is engaged-user friction, not churn-risk hostility. The core defect is that the 25% drawdown cap was enforced only by manual review after the contest closed, so the live leaderboard was never the ranking.
Survey (March): four issues surfaced independently in both the client and IB datasets. When 624 clients and 43 IBs flag the same problems without prompting, that is not feedback, it is a mandate: server stability during news, gold spreads, minimum deposit, and consistent deposit bonuses.
The two datasets agree on one thing in particular. The survey asked for more frequent contests (212 votes) and for trader-facing drawdown tooling (257 clients name risk management as a barrier). The July contest data shows both work, and shows exactly how they fail when the reason for a pause is hidden from the trader. Fix the transparency defects before increasing contest cadence.
The backlog below is long, and read cold it looks worse than the reality. The retention driver is that capital gets put in traders' hands whether they win or lose, and the community knows it. That generosity is what buys the patience visible in every thread.
